We purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van from Oxford Dodge Chrysler in 2015 from Craig Herron and we could not be happier with the experience. We got a great deal and the follow up and service have been excellent!
The service personnel take a genuine interest in us and any repairs and scheduled maintenance we have needed have been promptly and efficiently carried out at very fair prices. The drive through oil change and tire rotation area is a real time saver! We've never had a long wait and are usually on our way within half an hour of driving up to the area. The entire operation is very professional and we've never had the feeling that we were mislead in any area and have complete confidence in the organization.. They are moving to a new facility near Hyde Park and Sarnia Road in the near future which will mean a longer drive for us (we live in South London) but its worth the drive! All the best in the new location!
