Posted a bad review about their black stainless steel appliances on their website and it won t show up. Basically their reviews are screened to only show the 5 starts. Spent over $5000 in appliances and 3 of them are defective within a year! STAY AWAY FROM LG! The dishwasher valve inlet broke flooded my kitchen and ruined my brand new floor and new cabinets! . $4000 in repairs later . LG DOES NOT CARE. spoked with Donald at the executive office and he was very condescending and rude oh well things happened read your owners manual was he replied . Next step is small court,BBB complaint and DA s against LG!
