Thing you don't know about ER visit you will receive separate bill. I received mine via text message which to me seemed like one of those scam messages. Later I received by Bill I called to check if my insurance was approved to date. I updated one and was told to wait 6 weeks will send me the bill. Guess what they sent my bill for collection with an inaccurate bill. Now am trying to call eppa customer support for three days now am in call waiting one hr straight. This place has poor service.
