Had been hunting for the right place from a long time until I came across this property. Met a very knowledgeable person by name Mr. Mani kuttan at the site office who was very professional and polite in showing the property and explaining about the endless list of amenities it offers. Was very impressed with the construction quality as well. Booked a flat on the same day and Mr.Mani kuttan was kind enough to introduce us to hdfc bank representative in order to arrange for the home loan. I am happy to say it's been a very smooth sailing so far and am very happy that I will have my dream home within the next few years.
