Ordered a serpentine belt which stated "Continenta...

Ordered a serpentine belt which stated "Continental" as the manufacturer. Upon arrival, though the part number was the same, the belt was a Good Year Gatorback, not what I ordered. If I wanted the Good Year I would of ordered the Good Year. I have to pay for return shipping as the part number is correct, though the invoice says Continental. No way to get a hold of someone, no phone, no email, no chat, screw Rock Auto, will never use a company that has no Customer Services contact.
