They don t care about your babies they just want to overcharge so they can get paid! We don t live in OP but we ve brought her here twice while visiting family. It s extremely overpriced and the last time we went it felt like the woman doctor was trying to sell us everything and baiting us so we could be charged more. As soon as we denied the extra unnecessary work, her demeanor completely changed from peppy and nice to rude. She just walked right out. We explained that it wasn t necessary because we were just visiting and preferred to confer with our regular vet but it seems like she didn t care. If you re going to be a veterinarian, you shouldn t be a salesperson! It s cheaper to go to my own doctor for a check up than it is to take my pup to OP Vet! And to make things worst, it s not even a nice office, it looks like a laboratory. So ugly!
