Update to my experience....

East Charlotte Nissan covers up serious issues with their used cars. Then they dont stand behind the cars they sell when serious problems come up not even a month after purchase. They take advantage of people that don't have a lot of money to spend on a car to begin with. I'm a single mom of 3 and bought my daughter a car so she can go to college.

After buying what I thought was a decent reliable car for my daughter it turns out its a money pit!! I only purchased the car a little over a month that ago and already dropped $650 into the car. More issues came up this week totaling another $1500 to prevent the engine from ceasing up. Immediate attention is required and the car can not be driven unti these repairs are complete.

Great experience buying my daughter her first car. Jake Cole was our salesman and he was so helpful!!

We already knew the car we wanted to look at but Jake took the time to go over all the features of the car with us. It's a manual and my daughter never drove one before. He took the time to give her a lesson and she was actually able to drive it a little before we even left the dealer.

This is the personal touch and quality customer service that makes for a memorable car buying experience. Thanks for all your help Jake!! You should see my daughter go now... thanks to you!! :-)
