We live in Aventura and go here often. Until recently, I would give this theater a great rating. However, recently they are understaffed, and lines, cleaning, and concessions have all suffered. This is an honest assessment from 5/19/19 Sunday night at 730p...conceasion lines incredibly long, only TWO people manning concession cash registers. Apparently one of them was a trainee, as when we FINALLY got the register 20 min later, she asked for soda cups and had to be told they were right behind her.. ALL soda machines were out on right side of theater. And BOTH popcorn butter fountains were out also on that side. Bathrooms a mess. Mind you this is 730p on a Sunday, non holiday weekend! #&f! Hopefully someone in management at AMC reads these reviews and works to improve this abysmal experience at AMC AVENTURA.
