They took money or of my account twice without my consent. They don't know what the transactions were for. It's been a few weeks and I'm still waiting for a return call from there accountant. 2 separate messages have been left for her on separate occasions.. I guess she's been on vacation this whole time because that's what the staff keeps telling me.
