The college was founded in 1903. The curriculum developed at that time, emphasizing the mission of professional preparation, has become a tradition for many years and has strongly influenced this school. In 1940, the college was divided into two separate entities: the Men and Women Fisher Fisher School. In 1975, the Ministry of Education was established.
