1) We make reservation for window seat. The staff lead to us the seat that have no view without any explanation. what is the purpose to make the remark for the reservation.
2) Long waiting time to be seated without proper arrangement during waiting at outside with no social distancing.
3) Long waiting time to make the order. The staffs are more interested to clean the table instead of taking order. Every staffs keep asking us to wait for other staffs to take order. For your information, we had wait for about 20 minutes while about 4 waitress/waiter know that we have waved to them to take order.
4) Staffs are not friendly when taking order. Didn't have the motivation to explain about the food and drink. She even sarcastically say that the food is small portion when she done taking order. She should explain to me about the food when i am making order. We have indicated to the staff who arrange the seat that we only come for drinks. seen your outside staff is not communicate with inside staff, and this unpleasant conversation has occurred during taking order.
5) once again, clean the table and keep the dishes are more importance than billing. We are asking for the billing 3 times to 2 different staff, and finally we get the bill.
I get the brush off experience from your staff from seat arrangement to try to get the staff come to take order and again during try to get the bill.
Definitely will not recommend to others.
