This is my first time having to contact a collection company.
I have to say, I am extremely grateful for Amanda and Rosalyn. They both were extremely wonderful, answered all of my question, were very professional, courteous and overall provided an amazing customer service. Amanda also made sure I was well taken care of and provided to me a letter showing my balance has been settle in full. I can't say enough great things about my amazing experience with this two lovely ladies and this company. Thank you so much for your wonderful work and once again, for your excellent customer service.
