I recently used the services of this company, and I must say that my experience was quite average. The communication with the team was somewhat lacking, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my project. The quality of the final deliverable was decent, but I expected a bit more attention to detail based on the price I paid. On the positive side, the staff was polite and tried to be accommodating when I sought clarifications. However, overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to client needs. I would consider giving them a second chance in the future, but I hope to see improvements in their service quality.
