HORRIBLE customer service. Took several days and hours of calling and waiting on hold to finally get in touch with a person, only to find out they don t have any replacement battery packs for their stealth cams. Was not willing to work with me at all on coming up with a solution. Told me to look online, I tried to tell him I have looked all over the internet and cannot find any. He just kept trying to sell me a new $100+ camera. I ve always liked Stealthcams, but will never buy another now.
