I was optimistic that my in person experience on 1/8/20 was a one time thing but today when I called to ask a question it wasn't any better. I'll save the long story and just say that communication with customers is crucial. If you say you'll communicate with a customer if the wait is going to be longer, then do so. When a customer calls on the phone, be polite and courteous. As a result I have chosen to take my business to another Hyundai dealership.
