Placed an order for 12 pediatric BVMs to replace existing ones that I use for my infant CPR classes. Cost me $120, whatever, I needed them, so I ordered. They arrived, HUGE, they were actually bigger than the infant manikins. No big deal, I called and asked to return, still bagged and unopened. I was told I would have to pay shipping, wrote and emailed back and forth, 30 days later I was sick of these taking up space in my office, decided to both the bullet, went out to UPS store. I walked out $60 lighter, and mad. Guess I just paid the stupid tax again!! I'll never order from this company again!
