I had a great experience purchasing my first bike with Mike in sales. On delivery day there was a disconnect someone told me it would be delivered Tuesday not Saturday. I spoke with Mike and Alex showed up an hour later with bike. Alex gave me a tutorial as a first rider and offered me to use his number if I ever had any questions. Customer service beyond the store I love it. Mike reached out after delivery and offered same service. WOW is all I can say.
