Unscrupulous customer services! My card continued ...

Unscrupulous customer services! My card continued to get charged even though I have cancelled twice. When I go into the portal to delete my payment information their system will not allow it. Spoke to their customer service twice and was told I would not longer get charged and was then promptly charged the very next day. I'm having to have the bank block any ADT transactions on my credit card to ensure they cannot charge anymore. Ridiculous!
