I was so excited to see that Sante was doing a special Test Kitchen created by executive chef Marcellus and had to join in. We were not disappointed. Seven courses of delight, thoughtfully paired by Casey with delicious wines. It finished with a flaming rum baba that was stunning. For sure will want to go again to see what they will do.
