Let me first start off by saying I am a real person, and about two months ago I found myself in a very unfamiliar situation. While visiting family in Pennsylvania over the Thanksgiving holiday I was served papers from an attorney representing Capital One Bank alleging I owed them almost $3K. I had little knowledge of this account and was a bit taken back by the whole episode. I was even a bit worried since I had never found myself involved in a lawsuit in my life. Though after doing some research I learned what certain words like "lawsuit, default judgment, and wage garnishment" meant, and could mean to my financial health.

My next step was trying to figure out what to do with this Court Summons, and how to respond. Being no legal expert myself, I probably watched about 30 YouTube videos and read just as many blogs trying to figure out my next move. However, after sifting through that mountain of information, a Law Firm by the name of Fenters Ward had kept appearing. (at least half a dozen times) So I reached out them on their website, and within minutes I received a call from an actual Attorney. A legal expert, not a paralegal or some legal hobbyist, an expert. His name was Josh Ward.

Being an expert, Mr. Ward was able to explain to me the gravity of my situation, as well as answer the many questions I had on the spot. His in-depth knowledge of this area of the law was comforting. He was able to explain the situation in terms I could understand, as well as present me with possible solutions. It is also important to know this advice was free of charge, and I was able to simply hang up if I had wanted to. Though after hearing his explanations, and plan I decided to hire his firm to represent me.

The process of hiring Fenters Ward was easy. I paid my retainer fee and set up a very reasonable payment plan to cover the rest of the cost which was far lower than what I was being sued for. I remember Mr. Ward told me to think of this as a "Saving Opportunity" which in this situation it was a substantial savings opportunity. After signing the agreement to hire the firm, and paying the retainer fee, I had to do nothing else.

Within a few days after hiring Mr. Ward, one of his legal aids reached out to me to alert me that all the proper documentation had been submitted to the magistrate in regards to the lawsuit. I was provided copies of all the information that was sent on my behalf, and there wasn't much else to do, but wait for my hearing date.

Upon the date of my hearing that was scheduled at 9 am I waited until later that day to contact Fenters Ward to find out how the hearing had gone. When I called one of the office assistants had told me that the person I needed to speak to was on the phone with another client. Though literally within less than a half hour an attorney from Fenters Ward had called me back to explain they were able to obtain a judgment in my favor.

At that time I felt as if a ton of bricks had been lifted off my shoulders. For currently I am in accelerated nursing school and a surprise $3k bill was the last thing I needed. Although this amount might be small to others, it would have presented a significant burden for me at this time. I am very grateful for Mr. Ward, and the rest of his legal team at Fenters Ward.

If you have read this review in its entirety, I hope my story can help bring you some clarity to a sometimes very confusing, though very serious matter. I encourage anyone and everyone who ever finds themselves in this predicament. Pick up the phone, or take to the keyboard and message Fenters Ward. You don't have to be alone in this; Capital One sues more Americans than any other banking institution in the United States. Let a legal expert like Mr. Ward protect you from this sort of predatory practice.
