I would give zero stars if able to. The fact that I pay so much already for "secure", "reliable" service at my apartment is one thing. The fact that part of my "secure", "reliable" service comes in the form of a room that is only secured by a code sent to my phone/email and that anyone who also has the code can access my packages even without having to sign for a package that requires a signature, is RIDICULOUS. And further, the fact I've lost a precious painting sent by my mom and this company has done ABSOLUTELY nothing to help, basically washing their hands of the situation, not taking time to even understand my issue and telling me that I should just have "the company" replace my package (again, a priceless piece of art), is UNACCEPTABLE. Luxer One is basically a poorly managed, deceitful company that misleads end users of its service, forces them to locate their package in a sea of strewn about packages and does not remain accountable when its poorly executed security leads to theft or loss. Do not use Luxer One.
