I have been attending the library for 6 years for study reasons and unfortunately I have to say that the staff is almost always indisposed towards the users, sometimes even surly.
Once I had lost my card inside the library and the staff didn't want to let me out until I found it. I had to go to work, but the staff had still shown themselves adamant. Fortunately one of them took my side and allowed me to go out, otherwise if it had been for his colleagues I would have stayed inside the library by force!
