We visited EV Wales on the recommendation of our builder after we happened to mention that we were planning to buy an EV and were researching models that met our requirements and budget. We discovered from their website that they had a two year old KIA Soul for sale, one of the models we were interested in. Living not too far away, we rang up the company and arranged a viewing for the next Sunday afternoon, a day when they would normally have been closed. Well, to cut a long story short, we fell in love with the car straight away and decided to buy it there and then, even though we didn't have any funds readily available at the time. However, Jake Wreford, the owner, proved to be extremely helpful, investigating a variety of financing options for us, although in the end, we decided to buy the car with a personal loan at a very competitive interest rate. Due to high demand, this took a while to arrange, but Jake was very patient throughout the buying process and we have now taken delivery of the car, which was brought round to our house in an excellent, clean condition, with all documentation pre-arranged. We are now thoroughly delighted with our new EV and with the superb personal service offered by Jake and his team. We have no hesitation in recommending EV Wales, which is currently the only specialist EV dealer in the whole of Wales.
