The driver was actually very nice. But he had some problems. First of all he has to learn German better so that he doesn't misunderstand one, then he came too early because of that his technique didn't work he apparently had problems reading the house number, if he tried to scan the package it didn't work because he was too early so you had to Wait 5 minutes. He also couldn't reach anyone he could have asked what he could do anyway the whole thing was a bit exhausting which could have been avoided if he had been instructed better. He dropped a package, so only three points, although delivery was on time and fast,
but staff not well trained even if staff was nice.
