Ripoff. I am sitting in front of their office with my children waiting to be picked up for our prepaid trip to Disneyland. They where supposed to be here 45 minutes ago !
Last night their General manager emailed me twice confirming this trip. This morning no response to emails, phone calls or texts. I paid twice normal price for tickets to only watch my children crying because they were not going to be able to go to Disneyland because of this company. Text and email records available for anyone to view.
