I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff from the reception,
housekeeping, swimming pool and the
restaurant are all very professional and greeted us with friendly smiles. I has received a complimentary birthday cake. It is clearly proven to be a renowned 5 starred hotel from Hong Kong. The Klook package is definitely value for money: one night stay, 3 course dinner and breakfast inclusive. Both meals are delicious. I would suggest to stay during weekdays as staff has informed us there is a chance that the swimming pools will be packed over the weekend and might have to wait in line for a swim.
