The rooms at this hotel are confusing on what you are getting. We booked a suite and it was in one tower and the larger regular rooms are in another tower and the standard rooms in both towers.

1). Staying in the tower with the suites was better because there are less people and you did not have to wait as long for elevators. The other tower which we had family staying in... had way more people and you had to wait a long time for elevators.
2). At the time of our stay this summer, there was another sky rise being built. And the hotel did not warn you of the construction noise.
3). The hotel was spacious and clean enough and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
4) There was not enough public gathering places. So if you wanted to just sit and visit, there s no space except the front lobby. Which was ALWAYS full. If you sat in the bar area, the shoo'ed you away because they wanted you to order. There really wasn t even space to gather to meet people on your way out. The hotel could do a lot better with that considering the size of the hotel.
5) Location was good! Close to public transport which got you all around Toronto.
6) Good spots to eat around the hotel if you don t want to dine at the hotel.
