I recently had an employee stuck at customs on a Saturday evening, needing to cross the border by no later than Sunday afternoon. We were missing some paperwork required for clearance that we didn't realize we needed. I called probably ten different customs brokers, sent dozens of e-mails, left voicemail messages, and nobody anywhere said they could help me before Monday.

Winnie Chou from Davidson & Sons responded to my e-mail early Sunday morning and totally saved the day. Despite it being her day off, she drove down to the office and filed the customs documents for us. She was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and walked us through every step of the process. Within a few hours the employee had cleared customs and was on his way to his destination. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her and I would happily recommend Davidson & Sons to anybody needing customs brokerage.
