I was contacted last week on LinkedIn by one of your "talent acquisition specialists", who was supposedly interested in my profile and wanted to know if I was listening to the market, which is the case.
She asked me to send her an updated CV as well as my contact details so that we can discuss the ins and outs of her proposal, but nothing more despite a follow-up from me at the end of last week.
Not really professional for a first approach, especially since this initiative comes from this lady.
So I know what to expect next time.
