One thing is a fact at Fun Town RV in Wharton, TX., they know what customer service and satisfaction means. I traded in a travel trailer for a fifth wheel and the entire transaction was smooth from the sale to me driving off in my shiny new fifth wheel. My sales person was very knowledgeable and focused on my interests. He introduced me to the general manager, sales manager, business office and the service manger. When the RV was in PDI, the detail and maintenance team walked me through all items they performed and those small things I pointed out were quickly resolved. When drove my RV off their lot I felt good! I want to thank David, Charlie, Lucy, Dan, Paul, and Amber.
