Hello,
My Name is Rushikesh Bhoyar .I am 2015 pass out Mechanical engineer with a strong passion towards working with an automobile company and wanted to start career in one of the good Auto Company. But was unable to find such an opportunity at first. While I was searching for job in Pune I got a call from IKSC, I was invited for a short discussion session.
Mrs.Atul Patil sir who is my mentor and Director of IKSC cleared my insights on the approach of Job and career. After discussing with him, I realized difference between getting a Job and actually building career. Here at IKSC we are suggested to have Physcometric test that is conducted by NASA .In this test we are exposed to our strengths and weaknesses. Once done with test we can choose our domain based on quality and interest we possess.
Here in IKSC we learn on the basis on domain knowledge which make the Institute unique against others. Tools are been taught on e-learning basis and each learner has his own separate training. We do have periodic meetings in which we discus about projects that student are been doing at IKSC.
IKSC focus on overall development of the students. We are always been taught extra-curricular in addition to tool knowledge. IKSC also is been visited by industrial experts with whom we get chance to get a more clear vision and to share our problem s related to our domain. Other than this IKSC also have looked after personality development for polishing us to become good professionals, we have Words-Maya English proficiency classes for our English training.

In my opinion IKSC is a place where you can have your passion going to next level. IKSC have helped me for turning me into a Professional. In IKSC I have been expertise on CRASH analysis and I am now confidant about having a right career in CAE field. All thanks to IKSC and Atul sir.
