They mislead customers with products that are listed in stock. After placing the order it turns out that they are out of stock. Today the product I ordered is still on stock (5 days after my order was canceled). However, they told me over the phone that they were not available and that they would not order it. Naturally, standard office phone service is one "please" and a tone of "what do you care".
