This is the worst company. Their valet operates my building. They crashed my car- my Mercedes SLK 300. They accepted the responsibility but refused to provide me with a replacement car and are now giving me the run around about fixing it. I tried getting hold of the corporate office but nobody picks up the phone there. They said " Go ahead and drive your car"while we wait for them to take it to the body shop. I said " This is my business car, how can I go to client meetings with a crashed car?". A full police report was made documenting that their valet did the damage. Still, I have no answers. Their main president Fred Bredemeyer is completely unreachable, their Claims Manager Anthony Badigliani is giving me the run around, telling me to continue driving the very damaged car. They absolutely refuse to give me a rental car while I wait. I am stranded, no car, my own car destroyed by this company. If you are a condo association thinking to hire this service, think twice. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and on Monday, I am going to file a complaint with the State of Florida and then with the Bureau of Motorist Compliance in Tallahassee. I think their valet licence needs to be suspended by the State because what they are doing is against the law.
