I had a service repair scheduled a week in advance...

I had a service repair scheduled a week in advance. They knew exactly what part was needed for my repair. I came in on appointment day and was told they ran out of the part needed and the master techs were not even in house to do the repair anyway. I completely wasted my time. No phone call before hand, nothing. The service representative failed to even apologize for the inconvenience and couldn t care less, since I did not purchase my Kia from their dealership. I would have been okay with a simple, we messed up and apologize for the inconvenience, comment, but this representiative had the, oh well, you didn t buy from us so... we don t care type of attitude. I now know, if I ever wish to purchase a new Kia, I will not be coming here.
