Order No. YA19108592 made on 11/24 delivered on 11...

Order No. YA19108592 made on 11/24 delivered on 11/28, the courier himself noting that one of the two items arrived with healthy packaging but the dented product decided to bring it back as if it had not been delivered and to leave automatically a request for a new order, also confirmed by the lady at the reception of the transport company. From 11/29 to today I called every day from 9 to 13 but no answer .. always busy. On 29/11 I only automatically received the problem reported by the courier with the number 86578 and then seeing the history it is "closed" but I have not yet received anything. What should I wait or do more?

Hi Max, we are verifying the progress of this delivery and the related return of the damaged product. In this period there are non-ordinary saturations as a result of Black Friday, sorry if we were unable to be timely: we will reply as soon as possible.

Hi, I haven't received any updates yet. It does not seem to me that you are behaving correctly. Was the excuse used to be Black Friday now? Christmas?
