Larry was very polite and personable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the AC and is ordering the parts. He also checked the furnace to ensure all was ok going into fall. Although I don t need a new AC just yet, he answered my questions about brands, size, and issues I ve experienced with the current one cooling the house. He also told me about the current offers, should I want to look at getting a new AC. He was very knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone.
