We were mid-negotiation with homeowner on a selling price and Jeff O and team blew us off mid-transaction for a new potential buyer on the same day.

Our broker and my family inquired why we weren't given the chance to counter and received a dismissive response with scant detail.

Really disappointed with the experience - left us in a lurch with the bank, our rep, and my family.
