Worst experience ever. Current wait time says 30 minutes and we ve been here for 6 hours. The majority of the staff here has no clue. No common courtesy for anyone. My mother in law came here writhing in pain, came in an ambulance and she s been laying in the hallway on a stretcher for 6 hours. They did blood work and urine sample at 9:00pm and said we would have results in an hour and it is currently 2:24am and still no results and absolutely no progress. Same story every time we come to Kent General Hospital.
