In arrival I was placed in a smaller room than I booked on a lower level of the building , when I objected I was told the room was the same size and price .... this was simply not true ... as a jade member of your hotel group I have in the past been upgraded to a larger room if the one I booked and paid for was not available .. I was as you can expect more than disappointed with this experience ...only after becoming so angry and threatening to move to another hotel was I offered a discount ... no apology .... this is not true service and not what I expect from your group
