We purchased two a Ugolini Mini Gel System from Grindmaster. The first one broke within a year as did the second machine. We maintained the machine perfectly, cleaned it twice per week. When the machine broke, they gave us a warranty authorization code to fix the work. It took over two weeks to get a technician out to repair. They didn't repair but send us a bill for about $2600!. We called Grindmaster tech support back on the phone. And they said they made a mistake, its not covered under warranty. The tech support guys, says to me. DIDN'T YOU EVER MAKE A MISTAKE? I thought the guys was joking! We wasted three weeks of being down without a machine and lost a ton of money, cause Grindmaster made a mistake! Do yourself a favor DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BUYING FROM GRINDMASTER! They do not deserve 1 star, should be 0 stars!
