For several years my family has been acquiring family membership in the JCH Bensonhurst. However, 03/09/2021 there was a case of disgusting treatment of visitor in my person by a pool employee Carlo, and later his direct supervisor Irina Zaviyalova. Instead of apologizing for the misbehavior of her employee Carlo, she said that if I don t like something I don t have to come. Moreover, the higher management does not even react in any way to the disgusting behavior of their employees. Last time my family bought a year membership and also swimming lessons for my children.
