Vendors and sub contractors beware, we were contacted to do work down in rockport and had previously done work for northstar before. We basically where informed of new insurance requirements the day before that job was to be completed, scrambled and paid for one new policy and over the next 2.5 weeks got quotes etc for the rest. We finally had all the insurance requirements together and called to verify work before we actually committed to the 4k that this new policy would add to our existing premiums. We called and spoke to Jeremy Butler and where told the work had been preformed, then in same phone call that he had found someone cheaper. SUBCONTRACTORS beware ! I have about 50 emails to back up my claims from all levels of northstar management, if your interested just leave a comment.
