Very disappointing and complete waste of time... I don't write very many reviews, however I need to warn people of this place. My family test drove a few vehicles and one of them smelled so bad like smoke that we had to wash our clothes when we got home. We liked the vehicle and was told that it could be "bombed" to get rid of the smoke smell so we continued discussing financing options. To find a payment that made us feel comfortable, I asked if the price was negotiable and was told by the sales guy to, "make an offer". After about an hour of discussion, he left to talk to his sales manager and was told that the price was firm! What a complete waste of time and misleading sales tactics. Then they tried to sell us on longer term financing or other options. As my daughter was getting tired after all this, we finally left disappointed. Do not trust what the sales staff says and go to Walser or somewhere that has fixed pricing and you will save a lot of time and headache. There are many other Toyota dealerships that will treat you better!
