Disappointed.

Disappointed.
Today (July 26, 2018) checked into this hotel in a triple room on the second floor.
The staff was greeted, as always, politely and welcomingly (I'm not going to rest here for the first time, but apparently the last year). However, after checking into a supposedly tidy and clean room, my mood dropped to zero. There are several reasons for this:
1. Absolutely dirty floor and dust on the fittings, stains on the walls, unwashed rusted faucets, a shower head black from mold (especially a lot of dust on decor items and lighting fixtures)
2. Awful condition of the technical equipment of the room (not working sockets in the amount of 2 pcs., Inadequacy of operation of most switches, including the air conditioner control panel.)
3. General fatigue of the premises and equipment. The refrigerator does not work well, traces of paint can be found on the walls, switches, key card slot, and scuffs, cracks on furniture and other room accessories are very noticeable.

It's a shame to get such a room for that kind of money with such a hotel status. As they say, upset.
