We visited this hotel at the start of April 2019, the hotel was clean and our rooms were cleaned daily. One pool in the hotel was not clean and the water was murky so we avoided it however the water park was a better standard and cleaner. They seem to be in the process of updating the look of the hotel paining it white and updating the waterpark area so part of this was closed. We was not advised of this by anyone.
The buffet breakfast was pricey so we didn't even consider going to it, being on idrive there are so many restaurants to choose from.

We asked for a cot for the room 3 times and a week later we finally got one.
The fire alarm went off one night and was extremely loud, this happened 3 times in the night with no explanation from the hotel staff at all.
The safe didn't work
The fridge was intermittent
Our toilet broke twice!
And the hot water went off for a day!

All in all it wasn't the best hotel but was really only a place to sleep, when the alarm wasn't going off.

Would i recommend it, yes for the price but no for all the problems. It didn't ruin our holiday but we will certainly think twice before booking again.
Staff seemed friendly enough but they dont answer the phone when you call from the room so you have to go to the reception for anything.
