My family booked a 2 night stay with them. We got there at check in time and had to wait 1 and a half hours for our room. They said it took so long to get the room clean because they don't have "housekeeping", persay but someone that cleans the rooms, because of Covid. Well, they don't clean the floors!!!! Our feet got dirty just from walk back and forth to the bathroom. The next morning we went out on the town and came back around 4 pm. We were hoping to take showers, go in the pool and relax. Well, I called the front desk and asked why we didn't have fresh towels or any toilet paper left in the room. We were told that you have to call and ASK for it, it's not done otherwise. WHAT in the world???? I also didn't like the hours that the waterpark and arcade were open for a Saturday or Sunday night. We were there on a vacation.......not to feel like we were home. The website said there was a breakfast. NOPE!!!!! We just didn't enjoy it like we thought we would. They employees didn't look like they enjoyed their jobs or being there either. I felt awkward around them.
