It's really a shame because everything would be perfect here. Great facility, the staff is extremely nice, rooms are nice only a bit shabby, but that doesn't bother as everything is clean. Kettle plus coffee and tea are free which I really love because I can have a coffee after getting up. The cleaning ladies are sweet as sugar and clean the rooms very carefully. The complex is beautiful and there are great pools that invite you to relax. Especially the adult area with sauna and relaxation pool is really great, the beach is beautiful, you always get a free lounger and there is also a lot on offer. But ... the food is a DISASTER !!! We have now tried a lot and really nothing is even close to enjoyable :(. Most of it is frozen, at least it tastes like that, only today we ate meat that was like rubber. Breakfast is ok ... but lunch and dinner is so bad that we are going to eat outside the hotel now. If the food was at least ok and not inedible then this would be one of the best hotels we have ever visited. Since the food is important to us on vacation, I can only give 4 stars.

But I would like to mention again that apart from the food EVERYTHING is really right and everyone here tries very hard to give us a great vacation. If the food got better in the future we would come again :)
