I stayed here back in October of 2019 and it was honestly the perfect hotel. I am usually one to stay at solely a Ritz or St. Regis but recently I was given diamond status at Hilton so I thought I would stay at my very first Waldorf hotel. I was given an upgrade the a double doored suite on the top floor of the hotel. Also the hotel is in a tower type building and the top 20 or so floors of the building are apartments owned by Hilton and the the bottom 40 floors are hotel rooms. I was here during my Universities fall break. It was me and 4 of my friends. We arrived an hour before the designated checkin time so we did have to wait several hours to check into our room but the hotel kindly gave a 300 dollar credit to use while we waited. Absolutely everything was amazing about the room The room had an AUX cord and speakers all throughout the space so we could plug our phone in and blast music all throughout. There was also a butlers kitchen in our room with a separate entrance so the first morning we were there breakfast was prepared for us. The only issue I had was the curtains in the master bedroom were not closing all the way (they are remote controlled) and this was the night before we flew home and when i woke up at 3am and the lights of the Vegas strip were blinding i went down to the front desk and explained to a very attentive representative the issue and I asked if i could have another room to sleep the rest of the night in. And without any hesitation he gave me a key to a normal bedroom a few floors below ours. Absolutely will stay here again.
