Things here don't even make sense. Came in with my wife to the ER and they weren't even going to let me in, even though she was in extreme distress I had to take a firm stand. Then they asked her for a urine sample 3 times after she already gave it to them, they didn't even know where they put it. The lady that drew her blood didn't know what she was doing and the lady training her had an attitude with her own trainee. The nurses were talking smack about their fellow employees right there in the lobby loud enough for everyone to hear, and when you ask them a question and they go to find the answer they don't even come back and tell you! I asked one nurse that came to ask for the urine that we already gave if they were able to locate it and he went to check, the next thing I see is him going to talk to some other lady that was waiting in the lobby and I called out to him and he ignored me twice. I basically had to tell at him to get his attention and then he told me they found the sample. I asked one other nurse for an update and she walked in the back and came out and walked right passed me and asked some guy for his ID, then went to go sit at her computer while I was standing right next to her. It was her co-worker that asked if I had a question and I said I was waiting for an answer, then she looked at me and said "oh we're still waiting for results." I even forgot! When we first arrived they asked my wife for the urine sample and she told them she just used the restroom and she just dismissed her in the rudest way and walked away. A lot of the staff here were just so rude and the wait for our results was about 4 hours. There was only one person here who was nice. Let's not even forget. While waiting for the doctor to come and discuss our results, the nurse came and told us that they were getting our discharge papers ready.... I was like...we haven't even seen the doctor yet... Then her colleague came and said okay they can wait for the doctor then. I should have driven the one hour to our normal hospital. Please if you value your lives don't come here. This place is useless with the stupidest protocols.
