I had a great experience at Heritage Hyundai Towson. From the moment I sat down with Deanna Parks to the time I picked up my vehicle, I was pleased with the entire experience. Deanna was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She listened to my needs and gave me options that worked with my budget. She was so personable that she made me want to give her my money. I have been told that the dealer will be the most expensive option but I did not feel like they were trying to tack on or find other issues. They stuck to what I needed and I drove off happy.
